What do most of you use to feed or supplement your corals? There are so many products to choose from and I need opinions on what works and what is snake-oil. I have mostly softies and a few LPS.

Cyclop-eeze freezer once a week. I also don't rinse my mysis once a week and feed that in the middle of cyclop cycle.
