I am trying to figure out what is the best food out there for Zoas?

I use Reef Roids and I want to see if there any other products better out there..

IMO, good lighting is the best food for zoas.

I have had excellent results by feeding my Zoa's brine shrimp soaked in Reef Chili and Selcon

I don't even target feed my zoas or palys... But they will catch the occasional Mysid... Oh, and I feed Rotifeast at night, but thats more for my sps than my polyps... HTH

Ya I let my zoas or palys catch theit own food. They don't reaaly need to be target fed. I heard it helps growth a bit.
