I know that people have asked over and over what to feed there sps coral and most say fish poop.

So what do you feed your fish?

how big is your tank? about how many fish do you have and how much do you feed a day?

I feed mine seaweed about everyday. Every other day I go with spirulina, brine shrimp, asst. frozen food. I un-thaw, rinse, put a bit of garlic on it , and feed.

My tank is 55g and I have 7 fish

I think a lot of people get into trouble with coral foods...namely unwanted algae blooms and added nutrients that cause problems. If you consider the amount of waste available from feeding your fish, there is more than enough available for your corals. That being said, once you're lucky enough for those small little frags to become colonies, a little additional coral food may be a good idea, because there are much more polyps to eat what you're feeding. It just seems like bad advice to feed a well fed tank with fish and small frags coral food until there are large corals to eat that food, and that's only if what you're feeding your fish isn't enough.

I have been using New Life Spectrum Thera-A Formula, Sinking Pellet Fish Food to feed my fish and some flame algae. is that ok or what would suggest?

my fish list in my 210g
yellow tang 3"
blue hippo tang 6"
foxface 8"
2 black reef chromis 3.5"
Klein's Butterfly 3"
