Don't think i've told you how much I love my package from
TBSW! I'm so glad I found you this time.

If/when I set up another system < there's always room for one more;) > I will never go anywhere else. This has been such a great experience for me. and I've been singing your praises on all the forums. Several rffers friends have stopped over and they are simply blown away by my new tank.

They can't believe that this is a newly set up tank. the amount of healthy and diverse life in my tank amazes them. Amazes me too and I never get tired of looking at it.

I do have a couple questions please.... what is that fish you included in part 2? I've scoured all my books and can't seem to ID him? I'm *fairly* certain it's a wrasse of some type but would like to know what flavor!:D

Also....what is the large coral? the one that's about 4 inches tall and 4 inches around and covered in polyups? Looks like a column sort of.

One last question.... I did find a couple Whelks in the tank. Friends have told me to get rid of them as they will kill the other snails. Should I remove them?

Thanks for everything richard! This has been a fascinating experience thusfar and I expect it will just get better with time.

I think I can answer some of those questions...

The "column" is a hard coral colony...Star lobed coral

Yes, get rid of the whelks. I put mine in the refugium where I put all the "bad guys" but they actually kept the walls clean (until the transplanted mantis shrimps begin to take them out)

Richard is WONDERFUL to work with...my tank is gorgeous thanks to him

Hiya

Hiya

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner....but I took a load of rock out last Friday, did a little diving.....came home and died.....got a case of the Dolphin flu I think as there was a pod of dolphins around the boat, they were snorting and wheezing saltwater all around me....and there were no pigs out there, so swine flu is out....

Been in bed since....but feeling a bit better today...

The fish is a horned blenny, from the rock site, they come in with the rock when I harvest it...and the coral.....is as Teri described....it is a survivor from the red tide we had here almost four years ago....

sea ya
