Maybe we could work it out to where you could bring it to the next meeting for me to get it. That would be a lot easier for me. I just need to make sure the width and length and height are within range for my countertop.

Wow, i hope thats a joke.

Well it is obvious that craig had first dibs on the 6 gallon and now you are acting like you want to buy it. I just think that it is kind of wrong to do that, but thats just me.

No No I'm sorry I was just notifying the buyer if he wanted to sell it to me I would be available today. I have had sellers in the past tell me that that they have someone else interested and I can wait to see if that falls through. No big deal. If craig buys it first it wont hurt my feelings. He is entitled to first buy of course. From then on it is the sellers decision as to when and to whom he wishes to sell. Sorry for the confusion.

Craig - The 6G is 16" Long X 9" Wide X 14 1/2" Tall. Let me know and I'll bring it to the next meeting.

Ben - if Craig decides he doesn't want it I'll let you know.

I'll measure my counter at lunch and get back to you. Sounds like good dim's to fit where I want it to go, just want to be sure. Thanks.

Venom, no hard feelings man. I understand where you're coming from...there have been a lot of things on here for sale where the seller will even say sold and I will get on and say if the deal falls through, I want the item. Lo and Behold, a day or two later I get a message saying deal feel through, it's yours if you want it. I completely understand.

Hey, by the way Venom, that's screen name isn't named after your car, is it? Because if it is, I'd like to see it...never seen the Henessey Venom up close...I'd be surprised if it is, but I have to ask.

Well you know your cars well, Craig. But yes I did have a venom 650 back home. was a 2000 black GTS originally. John Hennessy had a shop in dallas. Sold the car when i moved here to fl 2 years ago. I sure miss it but will have a twin turbo soon enough. give me your email I can scavange some old pics. Thanks

twin turbo on what????? I am a viper nut aswell, I just can't part with that much money on one vehicle... At least that is what my wife tells me:rolleyes:

Have both deals fallen through?

Just kidding, but just trying to help out thats all, my bad if i affected anyone, no hard feelings.

No the deal has not fallen through. Looks like I have over a foot of play for the width which means I'm game for the 6G.

Jon, I'll take it if you want to bring it to the next meeting.

Ben, sorry I had to take it, but my mantis thanks you for being just a few too late...:). Just had to take a stab at that Venom thing...not a huge car nut, just a HUGE Venom nut!!!! How can you take a beast and double the torque and HP and brake shorter than it did before??? Hennessey can show you how. My email is cschweitzer@cfl.rr.com I'd love to see some pics if you can find them. Did you get it Dyno'd? I'd love to see specs. Thanks.

Blue, no worries...

Craig - sounds good. I'll bring it Saturday night.

Anyone interested in the 2 Gallon? I can bring it to the meeting as well. I'll sell it for $10 to anyone that can pick it up at the meeting.

It was my wife's tank for a while. She had live sand and live rock as the filtration with a small power head. She keep zoos, green star polyps, and Xenia with great success.

With over 6W/G, the lighting is fine to keep most softies and probably lps, but be careful of load with only bio filtration. Water changes should be done more frequently, but they are so easy when you can get a 1G bucket and do a 50% water change with one little gallon. Top-off needs to be done a little more often on small tanks, but they are a lot of fun. My mantis, going from a 2.5G to a 6G will be loving life!!

actually now that i think about it...a 2g is pretty small for a clownfish...I have a friend that wants only a clownfish. if this tank is big enough for one i'll take it...if not sorry!
