for sale: 30 gallon tank/ complete setup

I am posting this for my roommate...

I have a 30 gallon extra high (24 high, 24 long, 12 front to back)
saltwater aquarium for sale. The tank is completely set up, everything
works and much of the equipment is almost brand new. Price includes
the 20 lbs live sand and over 20 lbs live rock in the tank (very nice
indonesian rock see pic), tank, black stand (only thing showing minor
wear), heater, accella powerhead with rotating deflector, Remora nano
skimmer (less than 4 months old, retail $140), and coralife dual
powercompact 130 watt aqualight (less than a month old, retail $150).
This is a complete set up that is ready for soft and lps corals, I
wouldnt want to get rid of it but I need space and dont have time to
deal with a second tank. If you can pick it up within the next few
days I will throw in the two damsels (blue and threestripe) and snails
