For sale: All my corals (LPS, Zoanthids, Mushrooms, etc.)

Galaxea back on the market at $20.

I like this coral because it is starting to really flow and move in the current. But you guys are probably aware of its stinging power -- I've seen it clean hydriods off a rock downstream of it. I'll keep it if nobody else takes it and I get the MH light working on my nano.

Looks like I am getting close to being cleaned out of anything living in my tank. Thanks, guys. Here is what I have left:

  • LPS
  • Green-tipped frogspawn: Four heads, $32; Six heads, $45
  • Small green-tipped frogspawn heads glued to rubble: $5 per head

    Others
  • Loose red mushrooms: $5 for 3+
  • SPS frag brown, purple tipped: $10
  • SPS frag brown, bleached top: $5

    Creatures
  • Tiny brittle stars: $1.50 each (getting hard to find)
  • Royal Gramma: $15 (getting largish -- had for 5 years)
  • Pixy hawkfish: $10

Here is a link to another pic -- the royal gramma that never holds still enough for me to focus:

And I just went ahead and linked in the photo of the royal gramma so that Randy could see if he wanted him or not:

Thanks. I wish I could keep him. He's the only one my boys asked to keep. Perhaps Randy will let me have visitation. ;)

My tank is mostly cleaned out (except for the rock and fish which are mostly spoken for). Here is what I have left if anybody wants anything from now until Sunday.
  • Small green-tipped frogspawn heads loose or glued to rubble: $5 per head
  • Loose small red mushrooms: $1 each
  • Tiny brittle stars: $1 each
  • Royal Gramma: $10 (good size -- I've had him for 5 years)
  • Pixy hawkfish: $10 (tentively taken, but not confirmed)
I just traded the last of my zoanthids today for a 12G nano tank today with some really nice mods including a 70W MH DE fixture. I am cleaning it out in the garage and playing with the wiring before I bring it in the house. Those who know me know that I can't let wiring get away without being perfect :) ).

Those of you who reserved the fish/snails/crabs etc. need to make plans for meeting me on Sunday or Monday somewhere. I may be able to carry them longer, but the rock is coming out of my tank on Sunday and the fish will likely be freaking out in a big glass box.

I also have two more candy cane (trumpet) frags for sale -- each with about 6 of the larger heads: $10 each. These are different from my others in that they have the green centers and pink outer flesh. See my gallery (last page) for the first frag I got from the Coral Reef about 5 years ago (title is "Gobie on trumpet"). The goby was likely eaten by something else as I haven't seen him in a year.

I did not list them at first because they had a few hydriods growing on the hard part of the coral below the heads. They don't bother the coral, but they could spread. So if you already have hydoids, this is the frag for you! :)

EDIT: Pic from 2-1/2 years ago when I first added 175W MH lights. It started growing rapidly after that.

I am down to a pixy hawkfish and my royal gramma (each still $10). If noboby wants them I may either keep them or trade 'em to the Coral Reef for store credit.

My tank is now looking very empty:

It will stay up for another day or three, though, until I decide the fate of the fish.

Empty snail shells -- the perfect home for that wandering hermit crab! Only $0.10 each!! Get them while supplies last! :)

Tank is still going as in the pic above for the moment. I am likely going to toss the substrate after I dig around and found Art's pistol shrimp (if it is still alive). It has some hydroids here or there and I don't want it, personally. I am sure it is full of life (including a sizeable number of tiny brittle stars) if somebody already has hydriods.

And I do still have the nice candy canes available -- free to a good home if you can live with the hydroids (even if you scrape them off, they will grow back, so don't introduce them if you don't have them).

I also have the two fish left which are bound for the Coral Reef if nobody buys them:
royal gramma (one of my first 3 saltwater fish, at least 6 years old): $10
pixy hawkfish: $10

I would guess that I'll drain the water and break everything down in the next day or two.

Just wanted you to know that your little girl loves her new man... ;)

They spend a lot of time together... :D

Tank drained and two fish sitting in my 12G lifeboat. Anybody want the royal gramma or the pixy hawkfish for $10 each? Last call...
