1x250 double end 2x24w t5

I also have a few extra t5 bulbs

Was the original light a 4 light unit or a 6 light unit?

Not sure I understand. There were 3 total lights 1 mh and 2 t5s

ahhhhh sorry I thought it was a straight t5 I missed that it had a MH in it sorry!
