For the longest time ever, I thought this Section of the board was titled Copepods.

I never really paid any attention, Just kinda skimmed it...But I would always wonder what kind of Freaks would dedicate an entire section of the board to Copepods.

My bad.

I am thinking about connecting a small 10 gallon tank to my main reef tank, and using it as an octopus tank, with a hardy species of one cool little octopus. I'll have a tight lid of course.

Can I just use normal flourecent bulbs? How often do octopus need to eat? What do they eat?

LOL, Damn , sorry I should do a search.....

Any species would get really cramped in a 10gallon. I wouldn't recomend it.
O.meractorus a pygmy octo MIGHT be ok. But you will have a very hard time finding the exact species you want.
I would consider a 20gallon for a pygmy and a 30gallon for a bimac. After all it is nice to see these guys move. The octo might feel a bit confined when it can touch both ends of the tank with its arms:( And strss takes its toll on ceph real quick.
