Had a Haddoni with all the usually symptoms of a sick nem. Deflating numerous times daily. Expelling guts. And so on and so forth. Didn't treat cause I didn't have the means. (Got the nem at petco hoping on a gig.) This went on for a week or so. Well now a month down the road I have a nem buried in 4 inches of sand trying to figure out a way to get it out so I can get a gig. Its sad cause my rods Oryx show no interest. Just some food for thought.

The irony lol.
You can try blasting it with flow and see if it moves. Worst case, remove some rock to get access to the foot and gently peel it with your finger nail. Wear gloves!
