What kind of lighting and flow are you giving it?
what are you feeding and how often?

brown to green eh? fantastic.

i didnt have any expectations of my (identicle to yours) brown carpet doing anything spectacular, but now i have hope.

i have hope that mine that looks like his now gains even more color i just fed mine after reading this

I have him under PC's (upgrading to 200w MH) as we speak though. I had him under a high flow for a while then it moved to the right of that high flow area so i would say its in a medium flow area. I feed him once a week.

My Maroons won't go near it which doesn't bother me. I'm disapointed with my maroons that they didnt go in but hey, there not a natural host so you can't really complain

hey you have to admit it is not ordinary for a carpet to do so well with pc lights and to color up like that seems like Magic ;)
but the photos show no evidence of photoshop magic;)

Very impressive color change.

Here is what I just bought last Friday.

Now I just need to find a TP clown to host on it.

Very nice. I wonder if its going to stay that color? How big is your tank?

Hi 55, my tank is about 375g. I wish the color will stays. If it does I will hunt for a red haddoni.

Hi GSM, water was already cycling in my rubermaid tanks for about 2mo. Then cycled it again in the main tank for 3 weeks with the live rocks before I added livestocks. So far livestocks are doing fine.

That's a nice tank you got there. You should make a thread about it and so when it becomes really established one day full of life, you can update your thead and show all the progress that has been made. You will get a lot more attention that way.
