Fortesque Waspfish Australia?

So i was diving the waters of australia collecting marine fish, when i found this little guy. He is about 2" Feeds like crazy and gets very excited when somone passes the quarantine tank. So i was just wondering if this is a Fortesque Waspfish and what would be a general pricing.
