I took a look at the site and what they have to offer- seems like a very nice hosting service. The free account appears to be generous and the advertising isn't bad. The pay accounts seem very good too- with lots of features that make them very attractive. The only thing that bugs me is this section of the user agreement:

With respect to all other Content you elect to post to other publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant Fotopic the royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, in the course of providing and promoting the Service.

If I understand that correctly they're saying that if they want to use your photos to advertise their service they can and will. Probably not that big of a deal ulitimately, but some people are touchy about that stuff
Regardless- looks to be a good hosting service and I'll add them to the sticky thread on hosting services.
