found a little critter

so this past weekend i took down all the LR in my tank and moved it around and in doing so i found a little critter well a few of them on my live rock i cant find any pics of them online and am having a problem trying to get a good pic of one but ill get one but for now i can tell you that they are about 3/16 of an inch long and are white in color on one end there is what apears to be a long hair maybe just a bit longer then its body any ideas peeps?
