Wow I have a nicer 55 and stand then that which I was going to sell a couple months ago before my 75 leaked and I had to downgrade back to it. Hopefully once I get the tank fixed I can sell mine. I wonder how much mine would fetch.
Seems like you've been looking for tanks or something recently, you posted about the one on ebay as well. But if your looking for one how come your sharing with us? Looking for a particular size which you haven't come across yet?

Not sure how much I will ask for it or what it is worth. The wood just does not match the other stands and hoods I have and doesn't fit in our little living room. If we had more space to work with I'd put it somewhere else, but I just don't have the room.

It's really rough to decide something value. Often times when someone is getting out of the hobby and there wife says things have to go today they'll practically give things away. This also often happens when someone has to move because of their job or a divorce and they need to get rid of a tank asap.
At the same time look at getting a brand new tank at any LFS or online and see the prices then. This stand will last a long time and the glass isn't really getting much thinner with time, lol. You can get lucky and get nice stuff dirt cheap if you spend enough time in the forum, like me, but then again if you need a specific size and are tired of waiting often times you'll take what you can get even if you have to pay for a new one.

I think that is a little over priced, 55g are a dime a dozen. I plan on selling my 75g RR with a home built stand and plumbing for $100. Any takers? Just gotta put everything into the 40b as a holding tank, until I can set up the monster!
