Return it to its coral That's a Tetralia crab, a simbiotic crab for acropores. It's very easy to tell because of the "dark band" between the eyes. Some call them "bandit acro crabs".
They don't do any harm to coral, but also they benefit it. They can prevent even death in acroporas, cleaning them and killing parasites.
