Anybody here in Tucson any good with FOWLR? I was thinking of starting one up sometime soon. Do you need a sump? What type of lighting? Flow? I'm pretty good with the reef stuff, but obviously not with FOWLR. Post any advice you can give!

IMO best to run em just like a reef with less light. 1 lb per gallon and a good skimmer/sump. Good flow helps reduce nitrates so also a good idea.

I did a long time ago. What are the specs of what you're planning on doing? (tank size, fish to keep, etc.)
