FoxFace Shed Teeth?

I have had this Magnificant Foxface for about 3 weeks now. He went through quarentine and I had some intial problems with some sort of hole in his side that was eather from a parisite wound or a wound from another fish. No signs of ich or anything and he has healed compleatly from what I can tell. But now it seems like he is losing teeth. Every week or so he gets this film that looks like teeth coming out of his mouth. He always shakes them off and I cought what it was out of the tank. It is a perfect casting of his mouth. Crazyist thing ever. Anyone else know what this is??? Anything to worry about?

also just noticed that he emitting mucus from his spikes both top and bottom. really strange. He does have some damage to a part of his anal fin (spike). Seems like it is healing up and doesnt look red or infected in anyway. Is he healing himself or is this also something to worry about.
