Is the fish already in the tank? If so, it's best to assume that any coral you add may be sampled. The fish become accustomed to eating what you put in the tank, so it's harder to add things once the fish is established. Conversely, IME, they're less likely to start chewing on things that are already stable in the tank.
While many really like brains and meaty LPS, as noted above, I have seen then eat just about anything. The last one I had didn't touch any corals, so they can be great fish in that regard. They are my favorite algae eaters, because they devour a lot of things that other fish don't touch.
