Frag auction pictures... Post here please

Ok so next TBRC meeting April 18 th 6pm will have a frag auction. A great way to make some room in your tank and a great way to get some great frags for great prices.

If u are interested in selling frags you must be a TBRC member. You can join the day of the meeting if you are not a member.

Please don't sell corals if you know you have a pest problem.

You don't have to be a member of TBRC to come to meetings and you don't need to be a member to buy corals. Everyone welcome. There is a sticky at the top of the TBRC page about where the meeting will be held. Please check it out.


Also a good thread to post requests for the sellers to bring a particular frag u may be looking for.

To sellers.. Pictures help u get the most money for your corals. People like to c what they r bidding on. Even if the pic is not the best it will still help show size of coral.

Please bring your corals already individually bagged up. Label the bag the name of the coral or what ever u call it

Any questions please lmk.

We only have a few frag auctions this year so they should all be good since long time between auctions

I guess I'll start this thing out. Sorry about the pics not being too good but I took them with my phone. The frag disks are about 2" in diameter. I'll have more to add later hopefully.

I have a lot of Acans and Zoas I can frag if people don't mind fresh cuts. Just let me know! I have a lot of red hornets and purple hornets. 8 different Acans. Chalices... Golden eye, watermelon, golden sherbert, criminal minds, Miami hurricane chalice. ORA birdsnest.

I'll block off some time tomorrow to frag some Zoas and possibly the chalice. I wonder if I should frag some acans, acan echinata, and tricolor war coral too? Also have a "what is supposed to be" rainbow lobo I could frag (looks more green but could be the lighting it was in)...

It's actually a Jedi Mind Trick Montipora Undata. One of my favorite encrusting because it adds the blue rim to it.

Oh! That is a chalice. Golden Eye Chalice. I just fragged a bunch today. Chalices seem to be doing great in my tank. I might end up with a chalice dominant tank pretty soon lol...

Wait a minute... You might be talking about the tricolor war coral if you are talking about the last pic that I posted. That one is an encrusting LPS.
