frag it or leave it?

I have a green birdsnest with rounded tips. about the size of a grapefruit. It had stn'd from the inside and stopped about an inch and a half from the tips. It has stopped for the last couple weeks and in a new tank and looking healthy so I was going to frag up all the tips. Could it start growing back towards the center or just keep growing out? I'd like to leave it as a colony but it looks funny

Pretty common for birdsnest to stn in the centrr omce they get larger. Lack of light and flow on the inside cause this. It can be reduced in the future by having good flow around and threw that coral.
