i perfer a dremel with a diamond wheel disc.. lots of rust on those tools!! to make a demonstration, I woulda at least gotten some new tools that are rust free!!

FWIW, when I frag, I've had corals out of water for 15 to 20 minutes with zero issues.

If you actually read Greg's article he addresses the rust and a reason for it. Everybody is always so quick to judge.

Very good article, and yes the rusty cutters are foonie, but hey if it works...

The pegging of corals outlined in the article is a blessing for those that are not familiar. My entire tank is done this way and I love it.

Well at least the rust is a good way to add iron for you macroalgae. Not to mention some sps benefit from it too.
