frag rack magnet question!

Ok so i'm wondering what kinda magnets do these people/company's use on their little frag racks, and where the heck can I find em. I want something that's easy to install in my nano and take out.

I know you can find em somewhere but WHERE!!!! And are there any risks with using them?
