Frag Swap Frequency

A question concerning frag swaps.

We're wondering how often you would be willing to attend a frag swap. Would you prefer to have one every 3,4, 6 or however many months?

hmmm...good question....it would take a while to build up a new supply of fragable items, maybe twice annualy...thrice...I dont know...what do the "suppliers" think?

i say once every season ( 4 times a year)

Twice a year at the most, or it becomes a roving coral selling store. Twice a year, they become "big" events that will draw alot of attention.

i agree with gabe, but i think once a season is nice too.
in case you can't make one, you don't have to wait 6 months for the next.
and i think it's a fun group of people to be around.
i vote once a quarter.

the reason why i say 4 is that it looks to me being new, it is a good way for newer people to come check things out, thats what i did and look you can't get rid of me, new people are always geting into this hobby we should support it the best we can, and this gives me an extra excuse to consume more beer, anyone have a prob with a beer swap every week!!!

That's what I'm leaning towards myself.

Like Koddie Doo said, it would give newbies a chance to participate and meet folks.

If you did one three times a year, the "third" could be more of an equipment swap than a frag swap. It would keep big meetings occuring, but not water down the cool stuff we saw at the last meeting.
