Frag swap help sign up

Here are the areas and times needed for help just let me know here what time you want and what section. I am trying to have 2 people per time slot. Just for starters I'd like to fill in every slot with one persion. Thanks in advance.

If you sign up to help you do get in free. However you can not win the door prize unless you pay the $3 entrace fee. To win the raffels you just need to buy raffle tickets.

Malisa, it looks like I may get to spend some time at the swap, after all. My grandparents get together is going to be in Cordova at my Dad's home and not in Arkansas at my grandparents! I will probably come bright and early Sat. AM. Since I do not know exactly what hours I will be there, how about me being a "floater". Also, the 29 will probably not be enough room for all the frags from the club. We probably need to check with Richard about 1 or 2 of the 20 loaners from the club, too. I have a MH pendant I can bring to put over a 20 if someone can build some type of simple stand for me to hang it over the tank with. I saw several of those last year at the Middle TN Swap.I will also bring whatever powerheads I have since we will need those too. I also have extra eggcrate and cable ties to build a frag rack for the 20 too. When Jay and I had our frags in the 20 tank last year, just the two of us, it was full. If several folks are going to be manning the frag tank at our table, we need someway of marking our frags, what belongs to who and the prices. I am trying to figure out how to mark my frag plugs to ID them as mine. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I might do that? It was kind of confusing for Jay and myself last year keeping track of everything. I tried to keep mine on the top rack and his on the bottom. How many members are bringing frags to sell??
 
I do not know how many members are bringing frags. I do also have a sign up sheet for any items that members bring so we will have a list at least. I'll see if I can think of anything to mark frags with. I have seen somewhere white vinyl zip tie things that have room to mark on with sharpies. But I do not know where you get them. I do have a 10gal but nothing to go with it just the aquarium.

I only have a couple of things to sell but plan on bringing a 10gal with a PC light, heater and power head. I may be able to come up with some of the zip ties you are talking about and I have some egg crate too. I haven't been very successful building shelves out of it though. Maybe if I bring it to the meeting someone can help with that. I think Barrett has the club tank but I dont know what lights it has.
 
I have a 29 that I used copper in for quarantine a couple of years ago. I bleached it good. Some folks say not to use it and some say with a thorough bleaching it will be fine. What does everyone think?? I have pc lights I can bring too. I can make the racks with the zipties and eggcrate. That is what I have in my frag tank now.
 
same here BJ, so we may not need to many for that task, ill be there with the concession from open till close,
