The Frag swap is just around the corner and here are a few updates. It will be at the Shelby County Agricenter Saturday Sept. 19th from 10 till 4.
Jay "One Reef" has been a busy man and has not just got our new website up and running. check it out here http://www.wtmrac.com/ but he has also been lining up some great sponsers and raffle prizes.
We have a commitment for a great frag demo and possibly several other seminars.
Marty "maco shriek" Ha !! is also working on the advertising for the swap and we will be seeing flyers soon, anyone that knows of some sites that we should put flyers or can help him out pm him and let him know(He is actually "maco shark" here on our site.
BJ and teena are working on the concessions and anyone that wants to help with that they will need some help, contact "Granny BJ"
The hours will be the same as last year 10 to 4 for the swap.
Vendors will have additional time to set up and anyone wanting a table or would like to be a sponser, please let me or Jay "One Reef" know.
We will have a large area set up in the middle for any paid "Club members" to sell any dry goods that they would like to.
Also there are just two days left ( 8-31 11:59pm) to get your club membership paid up to date ( join now http://www.wtmrac.com/join.html )and still get in the raffle for the nano set up.
We still need other volunteers to work shifts at the door, help with "Crowd Control" etcc.. If you can work a shift of an couple of hours please let me know. Look forward to seeing everyone there!!
