frag tank build

so im wanting to start a frag tank i ant to keep it small though rouphly 30 gallons im having a hard time finding a tank but hopefully i can find one soon.

what would be the best way to set this up as in what to put in the refugium, how big of a refugium, and what kind of skimmer. my goal is to start growing frags and selling them to help pay for a bigger tank

go with a 40b, and a 20long for the sump or plumb it into your current sump
