Frag Tank opinions

Going to make a extra 90gal(48x18x24) into a Frag tank in my basement. Here is what I am thinking:
2x400watt Icecap ballast/reflector radium 20K bulb
Big fuge at least 55gal with DSB and 100lbs lr.
Do I need a skimmer? What skimmer would be good? How about phosphate or carbon reactors? Any other opinions?

For a skimmer I would go with Euro reef rs 135 for your tank. Are you going to be growing corals out in your frahg tank? If you are i would go with a 10 or 14k bulb insted of 20k because with 20k you get raly nice colors but not as good growth as you would get with 10 or 14k bulbs. Im asuming you re going to ad flow to you frag tank?
