Frag tank V2

The old 20's weren't suiting the bill. I was using a single T5 light fixture to do LPS/Zoas and SPS using differing heights. the results were not that great - nothing did well.

The LPS and zoas did better once I dropped to two T5s instead of four, which displaced the SPS into my display. getting soft flow was a constant struggle, too much here, not enough there. Cleaning was a nightmare, and the snails aren't a fan of egg-crate.

so I moved to a shallow stock tank and will use one of the 20's as a dedicated SPS frag tank (MH this time) and the other as a quarantine tank. The stock tank has good turn over, but has low flow areas.

Just need to pick up some sand at ABC tomorrow. nice to have something I can put a cleanup crew in!

The SPS tank provisions are in place (supply and drain) - just need to put some 2x4s together to hold the tank.

Looks great. Should make cleaning alot better. Altough your old setup was very eye pleasing ;).

Wow very nice setup. Don't think you will be running out of room anytime soon either. Lots of room in there.

You have been busy!

Thanks for all of the frags saturday! Everything is home and very happy! It was a pleasure dealing with you and I was very happy with the amount of frags that I got.

Ben
