Obligate Feeder Obsessed
hey all.
my frogspawn (wall type) has been with me for a while now, and has had a small side growth on the lower portion of his skeleton.
recently i moved him to reorganize my tank a little bit, and decided to give this new growth more light, and it has gone hog wild. nearly tripling in size in the last 3 weeks or so.
you can see him here near the middle of the frame. the bright green growth near the back of the main frogspawn skeleton.
so my question is, if i want to frag this off the main skeleton, how should i go about it? i'm not sure how far down the main polyp goes in to the skeleton, so i don't want to just cut blindly. at the same time, at some point in the future this little guy needs to come off so he can be placed on his own.
any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
thanks!
