there's an awesome article over at zoaid.com regarding fragging.. they fragged catz eyes palys.. I would recommend giving it a read.. I know I learned a few technique there to improve my fragging method after I read it..

That is about the easiest way.

If you want to take just a few polyps off, check out the article that MarvinsReef was talking about.

thanks, it worked out pretty well i used a combo method of cutting and breaking.
