Fragging question

I was just wondering about brain corals(i dont have one) , I know you can frag off peices of coral, but do you frag a brain, or does it have to breed to get another one? Just wondering because I have never heard of fragging brains.

you can frag open brains by cutting them in half with a saw, very difficult and risky though, they breed in the wild, but i dont think it occurs in aqariums very often

closed brains can be fragged the same as an acan or micro
