Fragging?

As I get ready to move my reef tank over and bring the FO inside I had a fragging Question. I bought some frag discs from BRS in the last order and I was wondering if you fraggers put them into the tank for a few days to season them or do you rinse them and attach the frag? I need to frag my big toadstool and Maybe my Sunset Monti:spin1: it has grown just overthe size of the original plug.
