Fragging!

Achapman,
Love the step by step with pictures thanks. I just bookmarked this thread for later. Now if I could figure out how to get the big rocks out :).

err sorry to hijack ur thread but this is a reply to archapman's post..... iim curious.... how long should you wait for the superglue to harden till you can stick it back in the water? ---- im gunna be getting a few zoas but being a nano tank im gunna have to get use to fraging the little buggers (i still find it kind of unerving -.-).... also how long can the zoas remain out of the water without causing any damage or stressing it out anymore then it already is?

once again sorry for the hijack =D lol =)

I would also make sure that when you cut under the zoas, make sure you get some of the rubble with it and not just scrape the matt off. This will make gluing them down much easier.

I normally glue(Super Glue Gel), wait 5-10 seconds, dip it in tank water and it's good to go.

I've left some zoa's outside of the water for like 4 hours once. LOL I forgot about them. However, it is said that zoa's are left out in the air when the tide recedes. Also I think they ship zoa's without water.

kiran nice I was just wondering today what bit to use with my dremel. Nice thread, just bookmarked for when I need to make fragling's

thanks for all the info in this thread! it is very helpfull and i would like it to be mad a sticky if possible!

2 thumbs up!

Great post! When cutting the mat, is there anything in particular we should NOT do?

For instance, if the matt is in a straight line, should we not cut in the middle (essentially creating 3 seperate mats) and instead cut on one of the ends?
