fraging montipora

i have been thinking about fragging a montipora capricornus that i have. i dont have any expirence fraging coral like this. can anyone give me some tips on this

Just break a piece off and glue it.


Be sure to use gel superglue and you will be fine.

Step 1- Grap and snap.
Step 2 - Wedge it between rocks, glue it or not, it will eventually grow onto the rock.

Also very true. My caps encrust any rock that they happen to come into contact with.
 
be carefull though, you dont want to kill the tissue with your fingers, if you were to squezze your fingers together on the frag to hard, when either breaking it off or mounting it, the area put under pressure can die off, however sometimes its fine.
