Gary - I am now obsessing over sarcophytons. Do you by any chance have the brown kind with white polyps? Also I think I asked you before if you had pink ones. I could never find the post I saw them in - but I know it was from Upstate.

Also - since I saw your gallery (and specifically what you did to your plate coral) , any chance I can bring a big fungia to a meeting and get a small frag back? What can I say - nano nano.

I hope I still have Ken talked into the same deal with my frogspawn!

I have several different leathers I do have some with white polyps I will get a pic . The plate coral was not a successful frag Mainly due to not enough light and some other unfortunate events...


I could ship it is hard for me because I leave for work @7am and don't get home untill 5:30 pm. UPS ground would be overnight so shipping is fairly cheap..

not very long these are suposed to be the easiest to care for in the family, it will take some time to tell..

UPS SUCKS !!!

Use Fed-EX, there overnight is promised before noon the next day, UPS overnight is promised by 11:59pm the next day...

Not to mention Fed-EX is usually cheaper !

within NY ups ground is over night, shipping is like 15 dollars..I get lots of fedex that is guaranteed by noon and don't ever get it until 3-6pm you have to read the fine print on the rural delivery. I actually get my ups by 1pm..

We did a group order the other week on frags from John (zanclus) UPS overnight didnt get there until about 8pm, and he was in NY,,I use nothing but fed-ex overnight priorty and they always get my live stock to me before 11am (then again I'm like 10 mins from the menands hub) I've had lots of bad luck with UPS, many people I know have as well, they trash packages, jerk you on insurance claims, and I go out of my way to let it be known to try and not support then unless extremely need be ...

I'm with Krazy K on that one UPS i had always thought was trustworthy and never 2nd guessed using them until lately. My lighting fixture came with reinforced side and corner stripes. Glass stickers/ fragile all over the box. Original box, Styrofoam shaped to the fixture/never openned and Insured.

I had smashed bulbs and still no funds for the damages. :furious: I'll call them again this week only to get dicked around again.

Fedex all the way for now on.
