OK, so I think it is safe for me to release this to the general public. attached is a clickable thumbnail of the layout. click on it once more in photobucket and it will get really big. we dont anticipate having to make any changes. the tables were laid out for the most part as first come first serve and to try and group clubs together.

if you are not happy with it, tough fish eggs. PM me and I will think about changing it.

 
one thing everyone should know there is no smokeing if you need to smoke we ask you do it your cars. and dont throw your butts on the ground.

and there is wood floors on the out edge of the room and down the center. try keep water off these part. if someone has accident please let someone know to clean it up right away.

also if anyone has HEAVY DUTY EXTENSION CORDS we can use or who every saleing be great to bring some. and duct tape so we tape down cords that run across walkways.

I must reiterate what Zef has said about the smoking. the Church property is NON smoking. Please respect that when you are on their property. I am a former smoker and know how it is.

as for hte wood floors, I think we have done it so the tables and such are not over the wood. if you have a question or concern, please dont hesitate to ask.

I will have a bunch of cords from the house as well as some power blocks and strips. please bring what you can.
 
I don't know about SA. Matt hasn't return my emails or call about this. I know his been super busy.
If he ends up coming on last min. I know we will have room for him.

And as the wood floors I was saying if drop a bag on it late someone know right away. accident do happen.

I'm glad I stopped smoking for a while now. lol
at work, they even asked us to walk for 5 mins to go to designated smoking area..
 
Smoking is no good for you anyway just stop, And you can just put your mind to it and before you know it will be 11 years like it is for me.

Cee, true. but you get a full one due to space and the way things shook out this year. I didnt think you would mind. Ill draw a red line on it that you cannot cross.
 
Who is the new ones. Can't read the name on the map with my iPhone even when I go to photobucket page.
Should we print some maps out and leave them at the front door for people that's coming in that don't use RC. I know about 15people are coming from cincy to our swap.
 
Lol I'm at work it's just easier with my iPhone when I'm cooking.lol
Plus I got 3 laptop one for Internet one for my tank with apex and my fav Mac for music.
