Frayed fins on new clownfish, fin rot?

Hey guys I picked up a pair of clowns last Sunday. Water was tested today and the results are as follows:

NH4 0 (API)
NO2 0 (API)
NO3 0 (salifert & API)
PO4 0 (salifert)
PH 8.2 (Red Sea)
Salinity 33ppt
Temp 24.5c

What do you guys think? Thanks again.

Sorry, can't tell much from the pictures. I would think it's just a torn fin from the other clown.
