I am sick :hmm3: of replying to craigslist emails :headwally: So I would rather give it to one of you!
I work odd hours and I am not sure I will be around to help you load this but its actually not very heavy for this size of a tank 24" x 24" x 96" .. Its a 240 gallon acrylic tank that is in need of repair/restoration.. It will fit in the back of a 1/2 ton truck shortbed if you leave the gate down. Its made of all 1/2" acrylic "the back piece is black and held water last time I filled it to cure some live rock but that was 4 years ago. Its is very scratched up but with enough elbow grease one could bring it back to "decent" finish. It was an inwall tank/picture frame tank that came out of the wall 2" the front corners were reinforced because of the way it was mounted/insulated. Some of the holes for the continuous loop system I used have been sealed off but could be re-drilled.
There is a crack in the top piece but its very fixable with some liquid weldon plus its in the back top of the tank and doesn't go into the back piece.
The black back has some silicone on it that should cleanup you see in the pic around the hole area.
And here is an example of some of the deepest scratches. you can feel them with a fingernail but i have personally fixed deeper scratches than this tank has. The white stuff is just old calcium/coraline buildup that can be cleaned up..
please respond by PM on here with a time you will be available to pick it up. I will try and check my messages often! I am 30-40 minutes north of NW OKC
And if the person that gets this tank would like to give me a frag of something for my new tank it would much be appreciated! and of course those responses stating "sure I will give you a frag for your new tank" will get priority!
