I am looking for software that can help me keep track of data like Ph , hydromiter readings water alkalinity and such stats that are important to reef keepers. I have seen people using programs like excell, I am not good with exell so thats out of the question. I did see one online but it was $78. What if anything are you guys useing?

Try this program, AquariumLab.com. See if you like it. I have it, not sure if I like it yet due to customer service. Very hard to get someone to help you. The program is nice though.
