do you barbque them, how do you keep them from slipping thru the metal rack?

aluminum foil my dear friend, aluminum foil. see this is how you do it, you take the foil and wrap it around the outer bar on the grill and then go to the other side of the grill and wrap the other end of foil on the other end bar. then you put some foil overlapping it in the other direction to give it strength. you don't want any fish falling through your aluminum foil
