I don't think that is a Gorilla crab. Could be wrong though. Have a better shot of its pinchers?

Wouldn't a predator in a fuge defeat the purpose of having one?

its pinchers are shaped like tongs or like paddles. i ended up keeping it in my aio back chamber.

I'm hoping that's a black emerald crab, I have one that looks exactly like yours in my tank. My friends and I came to the conclusion that it's an emerald, if not I need to go hunting.

i had it in my pico with a baby clown and it didnt bother the clown, so i think its safe. I took it out becasue i thought it ate a sexy shrimp i added a couple days ago, but that turned up today ok, so my bad mr crab.

I've had a black mithrax in the past. Another victim of the move north. I've seen red and green, which are common, but also a few black and one blue.
