Do they taste good with some bbq sauce? JK ;p that's a cool looking dude ya have there good luck finding a home for him!
 
Sweet looking little guy, all my mantis homes are full but someone should grab this and throw it in a species tank, they are simply the coolest little critters. How big is he? Ive got a 8 gallon bowfront I will give to someone for free if there gonna give this guy a home:)
 
i will take it, my friend really wants one and i will surprise him with it...lol.....will you be goign to this months orca meeting?
 
Hey Seth - I can't make the ORCA meeting this month - conflicts wth something I have to do for work. I'm in Oviedo, you ever get over this way?

Dang Brian, a free 8g for him is tempting even for me to keep him lol, but no I don't want another tank, even that small.

I do need to find it a home pretty soon. Right now it is living in a tupperware container in my overflow. I think it will be fine for a while in there but I'm sure it isn't too happy...
 
Randy, I can get it to Seth if we can coordinate something. He'll be by on Saturday. Perhaps I can stop by on the way in and grab him? Just let me know. Marcye
 
Thanks Marcye, my friend Dan will relaly appreciate it, he has been wanting a mantis in the worst way for a long time, and i like surprising people with little things...lol
 
Hey Marcye, are you going to be at the store today? I need to get some cleanup crew and I can bring the mantis in then. I'm thinking of stopping in there after work this evening.

How is your snail and cuke stock???
 
my friend is goign to buy a little 1-3 gallon nano acrylic, will the mantis be ok in that or does he need to find a larger tank?
 
I have my mantis in a 2.5G and he is absolutely fine. He is getting moved to a 6G in the next month...Three times the living space...he'll be very happy. If things don't work out with the sale, even though it is a smasher, if the offer from FF13 for the 8G tank still holds, I will be able to care for him. Obviously, I'm fine with not taking him, but if the other deal falls through...at least he will have a home.

Yes, Im holding it for whoever gets the shrimp if they want it. If you end up with the shrimp let me know, I MAY be heading to SITC this weekend, If you end up picking the shrimp up there we may be able to work out a meet
 
i will be there from 12-4 tomorrow, and i think maycye ispickin up the shrimp for me today....that would be cool Brian, you are too nice...
