Folks,

Anyone want a Sixline Wrasse? Free? I'll give it the weekend for club members to respond. Come Monday if no club member want's it, anyone that can pick it up can have it.

This was a gift to me, so I'm not looking for any money. I've had sixlines before that were ok. But in my small 33g this one has started to harass anything smaller than it. When my friend had it before me in a 75g I believe it was much better behaved.

So if you want it, don't put it in a small tank with small fish. Other than that I think you should be ok.

PM me if interested.

PS - I've already caught it, and it's been in my sump for a few day. :)

Oh boy I've wanted one of these guys for a while, but I don't know how well he'd fair in my 30. I've got a lot of smaller gobies, and only a tomato clown to keep him in check. If he's already sump banished, he's probably best in there. Best of luck in finding him a home, Steve! :D

Thanks. Personally I would not put him in with a bunch of gobies in a 30g either. If the tomato is big enough that might not be an issue. But the gobies would likely be harassed in a 30. Sorry Glen.

Don't be afraid to stick his ornery arse in the sump - I'm up to 2 fish, a peppermint shrimp and a brittle star already. It's a great "timeout" spot; albeit a permanent one!

He IS in the sump. But it was a difficult enough fish to catch that the only way its leaving the sump is to a permanent new home. A real PITA to catch.

Neil - you guys are welcome to it! But someone needs to pick it up soon. It's hiding in the sump and does not appear to come out for food. There's no rock in there. So I'm sure it feels pretty exposed and stays hidden in a bubble trap baffle. I'm sure he'll be fine back in a DT with rock. He's healthy. But needs to get out of the sump before too long.

You've still got my number, right?

Pick-up fell thru. Turns out Neil (and son) could not take the fish. So now it is open to anyone. First come, first served. Open to all.

If I don't hear from anyone soon, it's going to the LFS. :)

Got some interest yesterday, but no confirmation on a pick up time. So its still first come, first served. Until Saturday that is, when it goes to the LFS. :)

Fish picked up by RG81 today. Great guy, but I hope the fish is ok. It was HARD to get it out of the sump. :(

Thanks again steve wrasse seems to be doing great already eating and out from hiding!! Great meeting u today
