2 Ivory Whelks/Babylon snails to a good home. They are about 2 inches in length. They are beautiful snails, however, THEY ARE NOT REEF SAFE. Look up Babylonian Ivory Whelk to read about them and their care.
They are absolutely beautiful. I have kept them in the past as sump dwellers. Unfortunately my two Mexican Lumpy Clawed Crabs live in there now and snail is on their diet! But I do recommend these to anyone else with some fuge space and free is a good price.
Probably not lying so much as using nassarius as a common name. they are related, we could just as well call them whelks for a common name as nassarius if we wanted.
Since care isn't all that different from a common nassarius the common name probably gets used.
