freediving tomorrow

going free diving (snorkeling) tomorrow morning probably at datura,

anyone want anything specific, i can bring it by on tuesday.

things i can get easily

brittle stars
coral banded shrimp
hermit crabs
sometimes zoo'z depends on where i end up going, not sure if ill be making a stop there or not.
pencil urchins,
french angels
sometimes butterflys
arrow crabs
etc....

i dont like collecting more then i need or can find a home for,

so please let me know before 7 tomorrow and if i havent made my limit id be happy to get something for you,

Is it Datura in WPB or Datura in Ft. Lauderdale, or am I just totally off?

sorry guts but ive never seen rics anywhere in fort lauderdale, but who knows i may get lucky. i can get coral banded shrimp usually in pairs. sometimes RWB sometimes yellow/orange. brittle and serpants i can get easily.

and zoo'z im not 100% sure i can get thats all depending on if i go to another spot too.

but weather permitting ill try to get what youve asked for.


and its the one in fort lauderdale, its next to the commercial fish peir

have you ever seen any regular sea stars? I have a hungry harlequin shirmp....Ive dove/freedove off Datura before and not seen any.

i have bad news guys, i just got home from the brad paisley concert....

i had caught a bunch of starfish, a scallop some pencil urchins and i think that was it.....

but i had left them in a bucket with a air bubbler....

the pencil urchins reacted to the stress by spawning in the bucket. i completley forgot they do that and didnt seperate them..... so they killed everything

so sorry guys, i have nothing to bring on tuesday

Next time I go ill try to grab a couple stars and whatever other lil things i find. I dont want to post a list till I know i've caught something. BTW next time I go I'll post on the forum and see if anyone else wants to meet up there. My partner usually drops me off there cause he is afraid of sharks lol.
