I have been buying fresh shrimp at the supermarket for my nem. I usually throw most if it away as it goes bad before I can use it up.
I was thinking of cutting it in pieces and then freezing it and then defrost pieces as I need it.
Will it keep its nutritional value if I do this? Also is it a good idea to soak the pieces in Selcon before or after I freeze?
