I've got a large frenchie in a tank, that was donated to me. he was eating fine, but then got an eye issue and went off foods for a bit. we treated him with baytril inj to clear up the eye and he bgan eating again, but has since gone off food again. anyone know of any foods that these guys just cant say no to? ive been feeding squid mostly.

SIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Try some Superba krill and maybe some Pacifica krill. Fish love it and so will your little frenchie.

Don't forget the garlic!

Silly knucklehead.

A diet mostly of squid is not healthy. Krill is not a good choice either. Large angles require excellent diets, nls pellets, ocean nutrition angle formula, pe mysis or aqua treasure mysis supreme along with vitamin supplements.

How large is the angle and what size tank?

I feed mine New Life Spectrum for large fish and lots of seaweed. I buy the Julian Springs sea veggies. The French loves the red the most.

The angle is a 97 degree obtuse angle. in all seriousness shes around 10 inches and the tanks is around 2400 gallons. its part of a larger tank seperated by a screened wall so size isn't an issue. i was only feeding squid initially because it was the only food it responded to after the eye issue.

I've tried blue nori sheets but he seems to spazz out and is scared of any foods i try and feed him, even via pole. Sucks.
