Living in Louisiana, I used to make my own food from the left overs of a red fish caught on fishing trips. Using the liver, heart, roe sacks and flesh after the fish were clean. Here in PA I don't have access to marine fish but there is a lot of lake salmon. How would the guts, roe, and flesh stack up as a food source for reef fish? Would it compare to saltwater salmon?
