Fresh water dipping?

If anyone read my last post you know I have nudis, what's the best way to rid them? I have heard of the fresh water dip, dose this work well or will it hurt the zoas? If this is the best way how long should I dip them for? If there is any other posts that will point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks.
